  2. Articles and academic texts are defined as researched, published and referable bodies of work that can be downloaded and printed by participants once access has been granted through membership.
  3. Products are defined as tangible items that can be psychically engaged with and for which a delivery of said products will take place.
LICENSE AGREEMENT You are grated a non-exclusive limited license to use the articles and academic texts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC. Non-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT Journal articles and academic texts are not for resale or redistribution.  Original purchasers may use the journal articles and academic texts for personal, business non-profit organization or corporate use. WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS Although Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC has taken reasonable care to ensure that the journal articles and academic texts are accurate and other products adhere to trading standards Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC gives no warranty of any kind, express or implied with regard to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the journal articles and academic texts or the outcomes of using any of these materials or the suitability or durability of the products sold in the e-shop. REFUNDS Goods purchased from the Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC website are eligible for a refund if the customer has told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel their order. Customers then have another 14 days to return the goods once they have notified us. Goods must not be used, worn or otherwise engaged with during the 14 day period before they are returned, a refund for the items will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refunds for goods purchased from the Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC website are issued if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. Customers must notify us within 14 days to be eligible for their refund or return.    COPYRIGHTS Teleica Kirkland owns is the copyright owner for all information held on the Costume Institute of the African Diaspora CIC website. TERMINATION You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all copies of any articles and academic texts used.  Your license to use the articles and academic texts will terminate immediately if you breach this agreement.
